Heads up, neighbors! The Cocoa Beach Art Show is this weekend and traffic will be heavier around Minutemen Causeway and downtown. Follow detours and give yourself a little extra time.

While you’re out and about, stop by Fire Station 51 this weekend your CBFD crew is serving up chili and smiles! Stop by and say hello Saturday and Sunday starting at 1 pm to 4 pm.

Parking Stickers go on sale online December 1, 2025 on OpenGov at 7:00 AM!

Permit Prices:

  • Cocoa Beach Residents (within city limits)- $20 
  • Non-Resident - $75 
  • Cocoa Beach Businesses - $30

How to Apply:

  1. Sign up or log in on OpenGov.
  2. Select “Parking Permits” and breeze through the application and payment.

Heads up: A $3 shipping & handling fee will be added at checkout.

After breakfast, swing over to Winterfest on downtown Minutemen Causeway and enjoy an afternoon with friends, family, and neighbors right here in Cocoa Beach. From 10 AM to 5 PM, enjoy live music, food trucks, and one-of-a-kind craft vendors.

Pro Tip: it’s the perfect chance to pick up something fun and thoughtful for everyone on your holiday list.

Ride on down to the 2025 Cocoa Beach Christmas Parade, organized by Cocoa Beach Merchants Association (CBMA) & Cocoa Beach Kiwanis Club, is Saturday, December 13 at 2 PM. Parade Route

Christmas Boat Parade

To follow up the Street Parade get ready for the Cocoa Beach Christmas Boat Parade hosted by the Rotary Club Cocoa Beach. Returning to celebrate "100 Years of Cocoa Beach," get ready to see the festive boats light up the canals starting at 6 PM.
