CBNN Centennial

Hey neighbor,

As Tropical Storm Imelda skirts past us, we are reminded of how quickly a storm builds and how a wobble can change your forecast. Your Cocoa Beach emergency management team was working in coordination with Brevard County to keep up to date on all the storm movements.

Public Notice: Rip Current and Rough Surf Advisory

Marine Advisory

Although both Tropical Storm Imelda and Hurricane Humberto are shifting east, they are still causing quite the stir in our oceans.

We expect to see dangerous rip currents, large surf, and rough conditions on our beaches throughout the week. Keep an eye on the posted flags - double red flags means NO SWIMMING conditions.

Key takeaway: When in doubt, don't go out.

Golf Course Rates

A friendly reminder to all Cocoa Beach Golfers that our Fall Rates go into effect on October 1st. Follow the Cocoa Beach Country Club Newsletter and the Leisure Services Facebook to keep up with Fall Course Rates and more.
