Waste ManagementA reminder that there will be no solid waste, recycle, or yard waste collection on Monday, May 26, 2025, as the Brevard County landfills and facilities are closed in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Monday residential garbage customers will be serviced on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Monday residential recycle and yard waste customers will be serviced on Monday, June 2, 2025. Hurricane Season is right around the corner!With Hurricane Season starting on June 1, we want to make sure our residents are prepared. The second step of preparedness is building a kit. A disaster supply kit is a collection of essential items you may need in the event of tropical storm or hurricane. Assemble your kit, and review it annually. If you evacuate, take your kit with you. |

Reclaim Water UsageCommunity Notice: Due to ongoing drought and lack of rainfall, the reclaimed water storage tanks are very low. Additional water restrictions are being put in place until further notice to ensure we can meet the 10 hour supply window. Reclaimed water will be limited to Tuesdays and Saturdays. Water will be available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM or until the supply runs out. Please call the Reclaimed Water Hotline for up to date information at 321-868-3277. |

Cocoa Isles Playground ClosureCocoa Isles Playground will be closed beginning Tuesday May 27th to remove existing playground equipment. New playground equipment is scheduled to be installed during June. Park will remained closed until further notice. |
